Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:

▪️ Subscription Cancellation: Full refund if canceled within 7 days of first subscription or renewal. 50% refund if canceled within 15 days.
▪️ Duplicate Payment: Full refund if charged multiple times for the same subscription. Or value added to another service.
▪️ Service Downtime: You can apply for a partial refund if the platform is down for more than 48 hours.

2. Cases where refunds are not applicable:

▪️ After 15 days of first purchase or renewal.
▪️ In case of violation of terms of service or policies.
▪️ Promotional offers, trial periods, or discounted subscriptions.
▪️ Custom setup fees or specialized services.
▪️ If the service is down due to natural disasters.

3. Refund Process:

▪️ Application Process: Email: support@bikalpait.com at this address. Provide your payment order number, Invoice number and problem description.
▪️ Information Verification: Our team will review the application and assess eligibility.
▪️ Refund Payment: Approved refunds will be sent within 15 working days.

4. Refund Process Method:

Refunds are applicable through the following methods:

▪️ Bank Transfer
▪️ Mobile Banking (BKash)
Note: Bank or mobile banking fees will be borne by the buyer in case of refund.

5. Exceptions:

Bikalpa IT reserves the right to cancel refunds in the following cases:

▪️ Misuse of the platform.
▪️ Violation of terms of service.
▪️ Fraudulent activities.
▪️ Violation of laws of the Government of Bangladesh.

6. Right to Update Refund Policy:
